Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided
Genio Cleaning Services offers professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, and office spaces.
The scope of work will be agreed upon at the time of booking and confirmed in writing or by invoice.

2. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the client.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the space.

All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include [PAYID , Bank Transfer, Cash, Direct Debit]
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may be eligible for service credit at our discretion.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in a 70% Charge. 

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.

If access is not granted, and the cleaner is unable to perform the service, the full service fee may still apply.

6. Quality Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a re-clean or resolve the issue promptly.

7. Liability

  • While we take utmost care with your property, Genio Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or items not secured prior to cleaning.

  • Any damages caused by our staff during service must be reported within 24 hours for investigation and resolution.

8. Health & Safety

For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed hazardous or unsafe.

  • Clients must inform us of any special cleaning needs, allergies, or hazards (e.g., mold, pests, chemicals) prior to the appointment.

9. Staff Conduct

Our staff are trained professionals who respect your privacy and property.

Any inappropriate behavior towards our staff will result in immediate termination of services.
 

10. Changes to Terms
Genio Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
