THE HANNAH RESET

CLEAN WITH A CAUSE

Charity Work Volunteers

Because everyone deserves a fresh start

The Hannah Reset is our monthly initiative to give back to the community by providing free cleaning services to individuals and families who are going through a difficult season.

We believe a clean, peaceful space can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, bringing a sense of dignity, calm and a fresh start.

As our business grows, we are actively working towards partnering with local churches, food drives and community organisations so we can reach and support more people in need.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Each month, we select a household that could genuinely benefit from support. This may include someone who is:

  • Struggling with mental health or burnout

  • Living with illness, disability or injury

  • Experiencing financial hardship

  • Going through a major life transition (including the arrival of a newborn)

  • Overwhelmed with caring responsibilities

  • Recovering from a crisis or difficult life event

Our goal is simple — to step in when someone needs practical help and compassion the most. Similar programs highlight how a clean space can reduce stress, relieve overwhelm, and help people regain control during difficult periods.

* ONLY AVAILABLE IN SYDNEY NSW, AUSTRALIA *

This service is 100% tailed to suit the individual's needs and does not need to include everything listed. We bring all equipment and cleaning products, so the recipient does not need to provide anything.

WHY WE DO THIS?

Life can become overwhelming, and sometimes the condition of our environment reflects what we’re going through. When someone is navigating a difficult season, everyday tasks like keeping a home clean can feel incredibly heavy.

As a psychology student, I have developed a deeper understanding of the mental and emotional challenges people face, and I deeply empathise with how difficult certain seasons of life can be. My passion has always been to help and support people who may be struggling or feeling overwhelmed.

The Hannah Reset was created as a small but meaningful way to offer practical support during those moments. A clean, calm space can bring relief, restore dignity, and help someone feel a little more in control when life feels uncertain.

Our hope is that through this initiative we can remind people that they are not alone, and that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference.

HOW NOMINATIONS WORK

If you or someone you know can benefit from a free clean, you can nominate yourself or them.

The process is simple:

  1. Submit a nomination form through our website or send us an email

  2. Tell us a little about yourself or the person and why you/they need support

  3. Our team reviews submissions with care

  4. One nominee is selected each month

We will then contact the recipient privately to organise a suitable time for their clean.

LOOKING AHEAD

The Hannah Reset is just the beginning.

While we are currently funding this initiative ourselves, we are actively working towards building partnerships with local churches, food drives and community organisations that share our heart for supporting the community.

As these partnerships grow, we hope to expand the program and reach more people who need a helping hand.
