We believe a clean, peaceful space can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, bringing a sense of dignity, calm and a fresh start.

As our business grows, we are actively working towards partnering with local churches, food drives and community organisations so we can reach and support more people in need.

Each month, we select a household that could genuinely benefit from support.

This may include someone who is:

Struggling with mental health or burnout
Living with illness, disability or injury
Experiencing financial hardship
Going through a major life transition (including the arrival of a newborn)
Overwhelmed with caring responsibilities
Recovering from a crisis or difficult life event

Our goal is simple — to step in when someone needs practical help and compassion the most.

Each Hannah Reset is thoughtfully designed to provide practical support during a difficult season of life. Every recipient receives:

No two Hannah Resets are the same.

We understand that every home and every situation is different. That's why each 4-hour clean is tailored to the recipient's individual needs. Before your Hannah Reset, we'll discuss what would make the biggest difference for you, allowing you to choose where our team focuses their time.

Benches and surfaces cleaned and sanitised
Sink and taps cleaned
Exterior of appliances wiped
Cupboard fronts cleaned

Bathrooms

Shower, bath, toilet and vanity cleaned
Mirrors polished

While these are the services most commonly requested, your Hannah Reset is completely personalised. If there are specific areas of your home that would make the biggest difference to your day-to-day life, we'll do our best to prioritise them within the allocated time.

To make the process as easy as possible, we bring all equipment and professional cleaning products, so you don't need to provide a thing, just let us take care of the rest.

OUR WHY

Dear Reader,

Hannah Reset was born from a simple belief that no one should have to face a difficult season feeling like they have to do it all on their own.

Over the years, I've met and witnessed so many people carrying far more than anyone can see. Whether it's illness, grief, welcoming a new baby, financial pressure, family changes, or simply the weight of everyday life, it's often the little things that become the hardest.

A home can quickly become another source of stress—not because people don't care, but because they're doing their best just to get through the day.

Seeing that has deeply shaped me. My heart has always been drawn to people who are quietly carrying heavy burdens, and I've often wished there was a practical way to step in and help. While I can't change someone's circumstances, I can help lighten the load, even if it's just for a moment.

That's why Hannah Reset exists. It's our way of giving people one less thing to worry about. A clean home, a few everyday essentials, and some extra support won't change someone's circumstances overnight, but it can remind them that they're seen, that they're cared for, and that they don't have to carry everything alone.

My hope is that every Hannah Reset is more than a service. I hope it's a reminder that kindness still exists, that community matters, and that even the simplest acts of care can make a meaningful difference.
